Do you provide shipping service? How much is the shipping fee?
All our orders can be shipped to areas within or outside Hong Kong.

Within Hong Kong: Circusmonkey.com offers free shipping to all SF Business Station, SF Stores, SF Service Partner and EF Locker for all orders over HK$350. Extra shipping fee will be charged by the service provider if you wish to deliver to other locations.

Shipping fee will be charged for orders under HK$350. For details, please refer to Shun Fung (S.F.) Express https://htm.sf-express.com or EMS Speedpost https://www.hongkongpost.hk.

International Areas: We use FedEx or EMS Speedpost as our international shipping service provider. Shipping fee will be calculated separately at the end of the checkout process and the actual fee may vary with each area. How long will it take for the delivery?
An email notification will be sent after your order is delivered from Circus Monkey. Generally speaking, orders shipping to Hong Kong will arrive within 5-7 working days after order verification. International orders will arrive within 14 working days after order verification. Actual delivery time may vary subject to the shipping method, area and other conditions. Please contact your shipping service provider directly if you have any query.
 
Can I apply for a refund, return or compensation for any delays arising from the shipping procedures?
Our shipping time is Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. We shall make declarations with relevant units according to the exact value of the order(s) on the invoice. The delivery timeline is provided as reference only. We do not take responsibilities for any delays caused by payment authorization or customs clearance procedures at destinations. If the orders are unable to reach the delivery address due to incorrect information provided or non-compliance with import requirements at destination countries, we will return the order(s) to Hong Kong under possible resolutions. All expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund, if any.
 
Do you have an order pick-up location?
We currently do not have any pick-up location but we will explore that possibility in the near future.
 
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use Shun Fung (S.F.) Express, EMS Speedpost and FedEx Express. It is important for us to use a service that reaches all locations.
